How a handcrafted video differs from a mass one
A mass format is built once and multiplied into hundreds or thousands of unique videos. That is how you get, say, a thousand explainer videos where an animal talks about what a product does. A handcrafted video is made as a single piece: the story, the frames, the edit and the music are built for it alone.

How the work on a frame goes
A model rarely nails the motion on the first try. So a person watches every frame, and if a hand bends wrong or a face drifts, we run the generation again. One motion can take up to a hundred attempts. Then come the edit, the audio and the music.
